A tattoo fanatic has taken his penchant for ink one step further by having his entire face covered in a skull design. 'Mad Dog' Deon, 27, loves his new tat, however, his girlfriend Catherine was less than impressed with her other half's new look. He showed off the artwork, which is his 37th tattoo, during an appearance on the Jeremy Kyle Show, in an episode titled How Could My Boyfriend Destroy His Own Face?, reports The Sun. Catherine told Jezza that she thought Deon was joking when he first suggested the extreme tattoo and the talk show host admitted that he too was puzzled why anyone would want to do such a thing. 'I'm slightly struggling as to why anyone would have a skull tattooed on their face,' Kyle said. However, Mad Dog was unrepentant, saying: 'I don't care what I look like. I am who I am, if people don't like me for who I am, they can do one. 'What's wrong with it? I'm still the same person inside.'Luckily, Catherine won't have to put up with the gruesome tattoo for much longer, as Deon failed a lie detector test when asked if he had slept with someone else and she promptly ditched him. New Zealand-born Lucky Diamond Rich holds the World Record for the most tattoos and is 100 per cent covered in black ink, including his eyelids and in between his toes.
