Gimme A Break Purlease!

Are ya ready for this? A 37-year-old unidentifiedmodel who says she has worked hard to maintain a 'wholesome image' has filed a $5 million lawsuit over a jewellery company's sexy advertisement in which she writhes and moans on a bed, saying, get this, she did not "consent to or authorize the use of her likeness, picture, image or name to simulate a female having an orgasm or otherwise experiencing sexual pleasure." The director told her to fake excitement while lying down, the lawsuit alleges, adding that the woman was paid $200 but never signed a release that allows her image to be used in an advert or commercial.

Something is wrong with women who get orgasmic over a diamond.

Kaaj89
i don't think she is getting orgasmic over a diamond. i think she is getting laid by the guy who gave her a diamond :p

Endroren
I think she is getting orasmic over the 5 million dollars she is trying to win in the court case.

1/2/08 - The model is suing the producer of this commercial for $5 million, claiming she never consented to being depicted as a woman having an orgasm. DUH? Didn't she PERFORM it? Maybe she didn't know the camera was on, eh? (Like the girls who happily strip for a shoot, then later lawyer up and claim they "didn't know" anyone would ever see the work.) Right.

She said she did not think it was going to be edited so racy. I don't know about all of you, but I did not see any edits until the title at the end.

Watch it make he famous, at least for a short while.

Yep, and Sharon Stone had "no idea" they were gonna show her bits, even though they held the light meter directly up to her groin... gimme a break!

Ok: the benefit of the doubt; maybe she thought it would be a snippit at the end of a spoof,& they wouldn't use all that footage. It DOES look pornographic. The thing that frightens me most is that they let someone this gullible into grad school.

What a dumbass. The footage was shot just as she did it. How did she THINK it was going to look? That would be like me standing with my back to the camera, shaking up one of those shaker-flashlights at, say, waist level. Sure, I know what's really going on...but I also know how it's going to look to the camera.
